Standard 2D Landscape Plan:
Custom design package includes planting plan, hardscape plan, design details, product selection, and labels. No revisions are included in this package.
All design package extras are subject to additional fees.
Single Area: $750.00 + HST.
Full Property: $950.00 + HST.
Premium 2D + 3D Landscape Plan:
Custom design package includes planting plan, hardscape plan, design details, product selection, custom landscape features, and labels. Watermarked 3D rendered PDFs of design included (4-6 images).
Up to 1 revision included in the design package.
All design package extras are subject to additional fees.
Single Area: $1050.00 + HST.
Full Property: $1250.00 + HST.
Luxury 2D + 3D Landscape Plan:
Custom design package includes planting plan, hardscape plan, design details, product selection, custom landscape features, and labels. Watermarked 3D rendered PDFs of design included (6-10 images). Up to 2 revisions included in the design package. Complimentary USB drive (available upon request) with PDF file
copies of all 2D drawings, 3D renderings, product selection/detail, and plant selection board.
All design package extras are subject to additional fees.
Single Area: $1350.00 + HST.
Full Property: $1600.00 + HST.

Additional Revisions:
Design changes/adjustments to the landscape plan, including, but not limited to:
Product selection and/or hardscaping layout and dimensions.
Plant selection and/or planting plan.
Lighting plan products and/or locations (if included in selected Landscape Plan Package). Custom designed features (dimensions, finishes, and/or products included).
$100.00 + HST.
Lighting Package:
Includes a 2D lighting plan for the proposed landscape plan, as well as product selection per fixture.
Premium Landscape Plan - includes up to 2-4 PDFs of rendered images displaying "night-time" effect within the landscape.
Luxury Landscape Plan - includes up to 4-8 PDFs of rendered images displaying "night-time" effect within the landscape.
$150.00 + HST.
USB Hard-Drive:
Physical USB drive with PDF copies of 2D plans, products, and plant selections.
Premium and Luxury Plans also include PDF copies of all rendered images.
$100.00 + HST.
